Leadership

Shawn Offenbacher

President

Shawn brings 30 years of industry expertise, having held pivotal roles in sales, sales management, and leadership across distribution and manufacturing. Currently, Shawn spearheads strategic planning, sales team development, and company sales growth. He is instrumental in enhancing our solutions offerings, aligning the team with manufacturers' goals and driving the execution of our company vision.

Rob Madigan

Vice President

Rob entered the industry in 1988, starting in outside sales, and has since dedicated his career to the field, including owning his own manufacturer's rep group. Rob currently leads the southeastern sales team for StruXur, managing key accounts and fostering strategic relationships with manufacturers and key customers. His extensive experience and leadership are vital in driving the team’s success and building long-term partnerships that align with strategic goals.

After a 10-year military career with the Navy, he began his career in Telecommunications in 1999 working for Ameritech (Now AT&T Midwest) followed by JDSU (Now Viavi Solutions). His understanding of how to install, test and troubleshoot all fiber-based and copper based services make him a great asset to StruXur. Currently he is our Director of Technical Sales and works to share is expertise with the team.
